Bacon Wrapped scallops

1 packaged of thick cut high quality bacon

1 lb scallops

DMR maple syrup

skewers

sea salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wrap & cut bacon as you go around scallops. Skewer seam side in so they don’t open as they cook. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from oven and drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with sea salt.
