Take two frozen bananas in a food processor or vitamix
Add 1 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of sea salt ( espresso sea salt is great if you can find it)
splash of non dairy milk (almond or coconut)
4 tsp of Dorset Maple Reserve Rich Amber maple syrup
Blend until consistancy is thick but well mixed (add more milk if it doesn't blend well)
Scoop and garnish with sliced banana and a pinch of espresso or good quality sea salt
