1 lb trimmed brussel sprouts
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper
4 tbsp DMR maple syrup
5 slices of bacon cut into 1/2 inch strips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl toss Brussel sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, and salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes (stir half way through) Be sure bacon is fully cooked.
