Take one whole garlic clove, cut top off and place on a sheet of tinfoil. Drizzle with olive oil, pinch of salt, and a drizzle of Dorset Maple Reserve Smoked & Spicy maple syrup. Wrap garlic with tinfoil and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the garlic is very soft. Once removed from the oven drizzle more Smoked & Spicy maple syrup over the garlic. Serve with crusty bread alone or along side a cheese plate.
