Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes

3 large sweet potatoes diced 

2 tbl olive oil 

2 1/2 tb Dorset Maple Reserve Amber Rich maple syrup

2 tsp cinnamon 

salt & pepper to taste 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, coat diced sweet potatoes evenly with all ingredients and spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 30-35 minutes.
