1 Long filet of Salmon
1 clove of garlic, chopped or minced
Virgin olive oil
Maple Syrup
Fresh, cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Wash salmon and place it, skin side down, in a shallow roasting pan. Drizzle and rub the salmon with with olive oil and followed by rubbing with the garlic and pepper. Next, drizzle the maple syrup over the salmon and massage into the flesh.
bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes
